1. Terms of carrying out and granting of documents
Installation of stands:
April, 11th from 08:00 till 20:00
Delivery of exhibits and decoration of stands:
April, 12th from 12:00 till 20:00
Exhibition works:
On April, 13th from 12:00 till 19.00
On April, 14th 12:00 till 19:00
On April, 15th from 12:00 till 17.00
Dismantle:
On April, 15th from 17:00 till 20.00
On April, 16th from 11:00 till 17.00
Application forms for participation in an exhibition are accepted till March, 13th, 2012
2. Exhibition area cost
Exhibition area cost includes: exhibition area granting, the general protection of exhibition territory, cleaning of the general territory of the exhibition center (passes to halls), accreditation of representatives of the Exhibitor with granting of constant admissions ( badges) from calculation 3 badges on 9 sq. m plus 1 badge on each subsequent 10 sq. m of the rented area, delivery of invitation tickets from calculation 1 ticket for 1 sq. m.
3. Registration fee
Registration fee includes: cost of the official publication and logo placing in an exhibition catalog in Russian and English languages, granting of the company of one copy of the catalog – 450€.
4. Co-exhibitors
Co-exhibitors are the companies exposing the exhibits at the stand of the basic Exhibitor . Co-exhibitors submits to the same conditions, as the basic Exhibitor . Each Co-exhibitor should pay a registration payment. The registration payment for Co-exhibitor can be paid by the basic Exhibitor. The basic exhibitor bears responsibility before management for payments of Co-exhibitor and losses, causal it.
5. The equipment of stands
The general builder of stands is BuildExpo LLC.. Performance of works on building of non-standard exhibition stands is carried out on the basis of additional contracts. In case of building and the equipment of exhibition stands and \or manufacture of civil and erection works by the foreign organization of the Exhibitor, the firm-builder should pass control of engineering specifications and receive accreditation at BuildExpo LLC (www.buildexpo.ru), and also observe "the Basic requirements at carrying out of exhibitions in IEC "Crocus Expo "," Rule of performance of electrotechnical works "and" Instruction about measures of fire safety ".
6. Delivery of cargoes, customs clearing
For reception of the necessary information on transportation, customs clearing, cargo processings on expocenters, preparations of necessary documents we ask you to address to our exclusive partner:

7. Security
The organizer of an exhibition provides round-the-clock security of a public order at an exhibition, without carrying out thus security of exhibitors. In days of work of an exhibition night security is provided from 20:00 till 10:00. Evening and night security by own forces of the Exhibitor is forbidden. The organizer accepts orders for individual protection of the stand. The organizer doesn't bear responsibility for loss or damage of exhibits or other material assets belonging to the Exhibitor, and also for the harm caused to the person or property of persons, working for the Organizer of an exhibition if it doesn't occur on direct fault of the Organizer.
8. Insurance
The organizer undertakes to insure the responsibility, and also a civil liability of the Exhibitor for a tresspass of life and to health and\or damage to property of the third parties, including the Organizer, Exhibitors and visitors of an exhibition.
9. Information granting in an exhibition catalog
The information on the Exhibitor in an exhibition catalog (no more than 800 signs) should be given in Russian and English languages not later than March, 13th, 2012.
