More than 140 exhibitors will show what they had to offer at SIMA 2012. None of the major companies is willing to miss out on the main event of the fair calendar in Spain’s real estate sector.  The most important developers, commercial representatives and residential divisions from the financial organisms will be present. Record levels of participation and satisfaction with the results obtained which consolidate SIMA as the trade fair par excellence throughout the sector, and the best channel for direct sales of residential property.

Once again, SIMA has proved to be Spain’s most international real estate trade fair, with exhibitors coming from Brazil, US, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay, amongst other countries. Small investors and the large real estate groups from Spain were the main targets for their property. At the close of the fair, all the international exhibitors were in agreement in giving the results obtained a very positive assessment. SIMA 2012’s Programe covers the sector’s main areas, and provides all the key information needed to find your way through the real estate market. The Programe of activities will bring together business professionals, economists, academics, financial entities, public sector managers and other experts, both Spanish and international - experts from the real estate sector - who will share knowledge and feedback within the context of the Fair.
